It's just something you can say as a figure of speech in my language. It's something like "he's revealed now what going all out really is".

Nah HM has engulfed the enemy unlike any other Sanji attack. The flame usually spreads and Sanji himself is covered in flames.

What about Sanji himself? The entire point of HM is Sanji raging, bursting into a ball of flames channeling his rage, this made no sense in anyway.

Meanwhile Zoro showed powerful ACoC feats against Lucci and Nusjuro without using KoH.

Law can now spam awakening can use DF negation haki. Kid spammed Damned punk in the future sight vision.

And Luffy? Idk. Luffy has been fighting top tiers this entire arc but has barely used ACoC, so he feels a lot stronger.
