Only problem is would G5 always be like this!!
70% of the time he is trolling, having gag scenes that includes during a serious fight.
That characteristics of him hold back massively interms of putting a real fight, Oda loves abusing G5 broken abilities too much to the point he forget to give him an actual fight.

Considering the limited time of G5 duration, it stalls the battle that extends the story progression. Had G5 fought with an actual intent to end the fight and not an intend to troll 80% of time, there won't be any problem.
Oda can put 30% gag but rest could be a serious G5 moment....
Let's see if he does this when he fights an actual defeatable mortal beings in the future.
