Character Discussion Most wasted character in One Piece ?

Robin. She is supposed to be a Strawhat yet she is non existent most of the time.
It’s crazy how her dream is taken now and it’s brushed off as nothing. It’s like some pirate became the king of pirates suddenly and Luffy’s reaction is not even shown.
Not only her dream but Oda keeps lessening her importance. Oden’s dad is alive for no reason so she isn’t the last person who can read. Vegapunk not only shared the void century secrets but also learned the language. I thought at least Vegapunk died and only the Stella knew how to read but last chapter hints at the satalites being able to get to those info ie can eventually learn how to read.
Not only the strawhats now have Lilith and Atlas who might be able to read, but the gov has York (if she can read ponegylph by connecting to Punk Records then the government doesn’t need Robin anymore nor they think she’s a danger because there are two satellites with the strawhats that can do the same thing).
It’s not like Robin is shown in fights either. The only fight she might’ve been in is off screened. She got injured off screen without a single panel or bubble explaining what happened to her. She’s apparently so injured to the point she can’t do anything all arc (an excuse for Oda to just stop drawing her).
She’s the most underutilized strawhat by far. “Oh we need something that can make the ship land in water safely”
forgetting Robin’s wings ability when it’s needed as usual.
Wishing for panel time is too much to ask but not even that, throu most of the arc she is the only one not drawn in the background when the scene is on Nami/Usopp/Chopper/Brook/Lilith/Adison.
You would think an island that is buster called and an arc that is reminiscing Ohara would show Robin more, but no. If Sanji didn’t mention her name last chapter with other female characters, I would believe Oda forgot about her or she died offscreen. At this point Oda hates her character is the only explanation I can think of.

Smoker is not wasted. He continues to stand out among the marines and continues to act individually. Little time has passed in the manga, unlike in real life. And he had nothing to do in Wano. I don't believe in much, but I think Smoker is one of my few favorite characters who has a chance. I feel like Oda likes him. I just see it.
