The strongest is Mihawk confirmed and So is his blade.
If there was any other blade in existence , that person would be considered Mihawk Rival not Shanks.
And it's definitely not Aramaki who has a Black blade.

Not necessarily, sword grade has nothing to do with a black blade, any bladed weapon can become a black blade.

If i had been oda, i would have given a black blade even to a top tier of the old age and i would give one to momo (he needs to surpass oden even in swordmanship ofc)
