I wouldn't say since the tourney started. The ones most mentioned at the start would be France, England or Germany. Spain earned the title of strongest by beating Croatia,Italy,Albania,Georgia, Germany and now France. Their path to the final is probably the hardest in the Euros and they won it all.
This sport belongs to Spain,especially in 2024. I remember the spectacular games in the Spanish Supercup last January,a spectacular Brazil vs Spain 3-3 last March,and the spectacular Real Madrid vs City in the CL quarter finals. Spanish style of play is just the best one.
