How could Saturn not be around? Whatever they try to do, the real Saturn will just be notified of it and stop it. Afawk, we don't know how the ancient weapons are controlled used, Imu was sitting at Mari Jois controlling it, so its say to say what they try to do, wouldn't be possible without Saturn not being around.
Also, I'm sure Imu/Gorosei would be able to tell Katarina apart from Gorosei haki and speech and stuff.
If we loop it back to Blackbeard's dream, he wants to make Fullalead a kingdom recognised by the WG. If Saturn actually went down in Egghead/died or something, then the Gorosei would be forced to make a deal with BB for Katarina to save face. The deal of course being BB kingdom and Katarina in WG, but this time, she wouldn't get outed by Imu/Gorosei and want her there in Saturns form to save face, then ofc whatever else BB can do, he can, just without Gorosei/Imu on their tail. Also WG was dealing with Kaido as well, so nothing stopping them to do with BB.

3. Kuma, bro half survived and got his kid back but wtf was his point anyway
4. The rest cause they were unimportant as usual
