This should not be this hard to understand. I'll make it clearer.
Shanks used FS and an ACoC technique at the very beginning in the battle and that's why you beat Kid so quickly. Zoro didn't do that. He fought at a casual level for most of the battle. The first time you used a name attack he defeated Lucci.
If a stronger character fights a weaker character, the sooner the stronger character uses more power to shorter the battle will be.
Zoro vs Lucci was Oda typical distraction battle to keep Zoro away from other characters while he has time to move the plot forward. At the same time show off Zoro's strength by having him handle his opponent at a casual level. We have seen this multiple times.

Luffy has repeatedly said out of his own mouth “I’m always going all out” and yet for no reason he’s never doing it until the end of the fight
I’m not talking about Kizaru or whatever is wrong with Kizaru… I’m talking about Luffy… Why didn’t Luffy use AdvCoC until the end of the Kizaru fight?
Why did Luffy not squeeze Kizaru to death the first time he grabbed him and just threw him away instead of just killing him there?
I don’t care if Kizaru is nerfed… why doesn’t Luffy just win the fights then when he clearly can?
When you answer this above question, you’ll get the answer for why the Lucci fight was filler until the last 2 pages when something serious actually happened
