Theory:
The buccaneers, lunarians, and 3 eye all created an ancient weapon
Poseidon was created by buccaneers. I think Neptune and Shirahoshi could be part buccaneer. That’s why they are gigantic compared to normal fishmen. Poseidon is basically the power of a fishman/buccaneer hybrid.
Lunarians can create the mother flame, which is used to power Uranus(Imu’s weapon).
The 3 eyes could possibly be needed to operate pluton. Don’t think it’s a coincidence that Teach has Pudding and Caribou will tell him about Pluton.

It didn't make sense for Zoro cut King's chest open yet he has no bandage on his chest but has one on his cheek.
Greenbull vine failed to pierce King. That's why King was the only one who didn't have his nutrients sucked out.
