27 years of waiting and waiting just to be shown every single time how uninterested he is and the author with tackling anything related to him and swordsmanship. A bulllshit dream that was dumped when one piece got popular and oda finished using Zoro. Bamboozled people for almost 3 decades and doesn't have anything to root for the next years to come.

It has really scrambled some peoples brain that Zoro was called the Deuteragonist of One Piece didn't it? Just the IDEA that Zoro and by extension Mihawk and the dream of becoming WSS might not end up being is "irrelevant" as you have claimed for all these years must be truly frightening.

Oda, despite the claims of many people on the forum? DEEPLY respects Mihawk. Even with Buggy, one of his favorite Gag characters of all times whom he made a Yonko and Mihawk his supposed underling? Oda made Mihawks bounty higher than that of Buggys despite the fact he was his supposed boss and a Yonko at that.

This is thus far the first and only time a "subordinate" has a higher bounty than their boss.

The whole "WSS dream is bullshit/nobody cares bout it" is hollow as fuck as a criticism btw. Nobody gives a fuck about any of the Strawhats dreams besides Luffys either. That is less "why is Mihawk so boring/WSS dream so trash" and more so Oda fucking up via making the Manga to Luffy centered.

At least WSS will get a climactic solution one of these days via a Mihawk and Zoro duel.

What the fuck will characters like Nami get? Her goal is literally unaccomplishable as far we know now that Oda wrote One Piece has 20 million islands. Or Sanji, whose only way to get the All Blue will probably be Luffy achieving it for him via destroying the Redline or some shit.

But you lot only give a shit about Mihawk and Zoro. Wonder why?

I think so
Once his past his delved into like
  1. His time going for the one piece when he was young
  2. His parents
  3. The betrayal he experienced
  4. Why he attacked the marines
  5. Why he became a warlord
  6. His fight with shanks
Itโ€™ll help a lot
Plus when he helps buggy go after the one piece and actually gets active itโ€™ll be pretty exciting

His current self is eh but he has a promising past and future

Really, there is no reason for Oda to hype Mihawk just yet because he has very little to do with the race for One Piece or whatever is going on with the main plot. The only time we will see Mihawk at full power, with no shackles, will be in his EOS fight with Zoro, when Lolda doesn't have to worry about the plot, about Mihawk soloing every important character, or any other issues like this.

There is nothing beyond the strongest.
You cant fight anyone else because you are the strongest.
That's why Mihawk is retired. That's why Mihawk comes after everyone else.
The one who comes last is by definition not a stepping stone. Or there is another definition that I am unaware of? :sanmoji:
