They would be exactly the same, regardless of which organization Oda chooses.

Anyway, the thread Is too general. For example: took Fuji and put him in charge of the MBP, her empire and so on; he would have easily BM's bounty.
Fuji alone though, not so much. Fuji as an underling of BM would be another thing too, and so on.

There are too many possibilities.

- lone wolves
- lone wolves against the Marine (like Mihawk)
- underling
- capitan with a crew
- capitan with an empire

At top tier would still be able to give another one a run for his money imho. Maybe not extreme diff, but solid high diff.

But that’s the thing is I think Sakazuki can beat any admiral high diff but needs a near the extreme diff against Kuzan as such their bounties will showcase that

Sure, but that should not warrant an, idk, billion difference only for power level imho.

Maybe Kizaru (waiting to see what he could really do) could be X, Aokiji X + 500 millions and Akainu X + 600/700 millions, but that's It.

Blackbeard - 3.996 Billion
Sakazuki - 4 billion imo
Shanks - 4.0489 Billion

This would be decently indicative of the power levels of these characters and establish that Kizarus just not in the same tier as the others, cause genuinely, he’s not.

They gave out of prime Garp 3 billion just because of his reputation while the WG gave Shanks' supposed equal Buggy the same bounty. If anything, CG's bounties are more inflated than the Pirate bounties issued by the WG. So if the WG issued bounties for the admirals, they'd probably be the same if not lower than CG bounties.

Oda doesnt think of that stuff like you guys do. It could be HIGHER or LOWER purely because the crown system leaves less wiggle room than a 0.1 berry number
Bounties are power level tiers (with obvious exceptions like buggy)
Oda doesn't sit there and like "ehm actually this character influence divided by crew strength and the state budget for bounties for this year is that much"

Meaning WG is being pretty fair at giving out bounties and not ignoring anything despite their supposed lack of funds compared to the WG while we have examples of WG giving lower bounties than deserved to the people that could be a bigger threat than an old man with great reputation.
