Wb, roger, mihawk, venus, has a saijo and acoc

Fujitora has a saijo too and no acoc? Doesn't make sense

Kuzan is stronger than fujitora. Akainu is stronger than Kuzan

It's only a matter of time that, at least, 3 of them will show it

Not for the strongest man alive, as strong as roger or even stronger than him... bigmom at onigashima was trash writing, nerfed for the plot.
Every top tier who has advanced haki used it with the df without any problem. I mean, kaido did it during the whole arc and he fought half of the alliance, it was tireless. They are top tiers for a reason.

However, this isn't the point of my post: 4/5 of saijo's user has acoc, so i guess oda won't make an exception only for fujitora

There's no paramacia user who integrates Haki like Zoan users.

Katakuri and Doffy were the only Example but even they awakened and different type of Paramacia than Fuji , WB and Law.

Katakuri has a paramecia and acoo he used haki for 23h with a short break and, not only this, he used even awakening...

Oda never stated that top tiers can't use df + haki for long, it's your assumption

Neither Kizaru or especially Greenbull have fought seriously lol

Aokiji and Akainu have, yet their fights have largely been off screened so it wouldn't cause any holes in the plot for Oda to grant them Conqueror's and I imagine they will

Thoughts for Conquerors,

Likely have -> Akainu, Fujitora

Possibly - Kuzan

Do not have - Aramaki, Kizaru

CoC isn't that special after Chinjao and Doflamingo.

Oda can give them just like he gave it to Sengoku, still there are levels to CoC, so they won't have Emperors level CoC.
