Speculations So what’s going on with Weevil?

1. Ryokugyu Appears ---> Momo shows Kaidou's Signature Attack
2. Aokiji Appears ---> Koby shows Garp's Signature Attack
3. Kizaru Appears ---> Bonney shows Luffy's Signature Attack
Weevil is another Kid with Crazy Potential just like Momo, Koby & Bonney
And He will Copy WB's Signature Attack Obviously (His DF-Less One, like Thunder Bagua)
We should learn what happened to him when the Story starts focusing on Fujitora or Akainu again

I don't even think Whitebeard knows anything about Weevil. It looks just like a failed science project using the "Strongest Man in the World"'s DNA before Vegapunk perfected the method with Stussy's DNA.
Unless Oda suddenly drops a Kuma-level of flashback on Weevil, he's not a very interesting character, just a failed clone that shares his physical strength and seems to be mentally challenged.

How would Ms. Buckingham know how to make a clone? Only Judge and Vegapunk know how to do that. It uses Lineage Factor.
Vegapunk is the only one who knew it entirely, and Judge had to study his research to make his clones. That should mean only those two guys know how to do it.
