Just finished reading the chapter. It was good. Not exactly enticed by Kiku or Scabbards rather Kanjuro was the most interesting among the group.
Ending the Kozuki Clan
Okay, so this is the second time I am seeing this on panel.
For the second panel, @Kurodiamondo provided an explanation that the translation was wrong. But again, this chapter says that Kozuki clan will be finished with Momonusuke's execution. Of course, he could be referring to the fact that Momonusuke is the last living male Kozuki, so if he dies, technically there will be no new Kozuki. Hiyori can't make a Kozuki as per patriarchy.
I just don't understand Yamato. She says that she has challenged Kaido many times. So, she should be strong and brave, right?
But at the same time, she says that she is kept in Onigashima due to the fear of exploding. These two are completely conflicting statements. She says that she knows her father...okay so she knows that Kaido is cruel enough to kill her...in which case she shouldn't have challenged him in the first place...or she knows that Kaido won't kill her...in which case, she has no reason to fear exploding cuffs.
Furthermore, I don't think she understands the gravity of the situation. Luffy actually asked the question I have been asking and questions if she will be fine with him whooping Kaido in front of her. But here is the thing...even though she says that she is fine with this...I don't think she understands that whooping Kaido doesn't preclude killing Kaido.
Shichibukai situation
Kaido suspects that WG getting rid of the Shichibukai was not based on whim.
Now this can be interpreted in one of the following ways:
In another words, if properly analyzed, this page actually hypes both Shichibukai and the SSG.
Nitpicking
So, BM got a new Oda Box and let's see what it says:
So...BM got introduced as an oiran. Now, let's have that Oiran vs. Geisha debate again and how Hiyori is the biggest wh*re in Wano.

- Kaido respects the strength of the Shichibukai and what he is saying here is that the WG would only get rid of Shichibukai if they were certain to have a new force that can stop the Yonkous. Basically Kaido is equating Shichibukai to this new force. And he is joining force with BM because he knows that this new force is not to be reckoned with.
- Kaido respects the new force more than the Shichibukai and believes that the existence of this new force requires him to join forces with BM.
In another words, if properly analyzed, this page actually hypes both Shichibukai and the SSG.
