I wouldn't pursue the career since it just takes too long to get a sensible return of investment. The higher end with lots of experience can get a relative high amount, but there are better career paths to take.

Medical care/ Education were once affordable in the US. The upper education system itself caused the increase prices there. As for Medical Care, the insurance companies are mostly to blame.

I don't get why colleges are so fucking expensive in the USA. Any bozo down here can get a college degree. Colleges degrees for the most part are scam nowadays. I would only recommend medical school,law school and engineering.
