Your list is super unorthodox, Part 5 being dead last, and Part 1 being up that high.
Part 2 being high is actually believable I have a few irl friends who rate it at 1 for the same reason you listed.

My list aligns with Fuji's the most, maybe PMY too at the top end. I just rate Part 3 very highly because the last stretch of Part 3 is the greatest stretch of Jojo, it is literally 12/10 peak after peak after peak concluding with the most iconic battle with the most buildup between Jotaro and Dio.

Btw Is part 8 finished?

Do yourself a favor and watch the other parts as well. Just fyi Parts 1 and 2 don't have stands, but they're still enjoyable in their own right. Both put together have like 23-24 episodes so it's a quick watch

I could've sworn I put Part 6 last, but it's neck and neck. They're contrasting parts for me in that where one is strong (Part 6's MC and main villain) the other lacks and vice versa (Part 5's supporting cast)

Like Oda really could not have made a less compelling villain than orochi. Even spandem was more enjoyable.

Jolyne, Weather Report and Pucci. Really solid and memorable characters. I’d say that Pucci was the most compelling villain so far as a guy who only watched the anime. Overall, part 6 was an enjoyable watch.

I really want to watch a part 7 adaptation, heard it was the best from a lot of folks.
