At base he already has G3+ oni strength (~ Luffy's ID CoA power), then he can buff his CoC power via sake and he can additionally buff himself up physically.
He's likely 3 PUs above a human top tier using CoC boosted physical attacks.
Drunk and buff he might have attack power twice as high as others. It was paired up with OKG afterall.

Add that he has FS and insane dura/endurance and stamina. I really think he beats Ray f.e. 10/10.
That WSC title was justified. If not for joyboy 2.0 he was practically unbeatable. I'd put him at a 110. He could likely even suicide bomb all of them with flame dragon torch. It's surreal.

And imo the mid gen as a whole surpassed the old gen. Imo Akainu & Aokiji > Garp & Sengoku, Dragon > Garp atleast, Shanks/silhouette man/Mihawk ~ Roger.
Battleship bag training and Roger's signature move getting re-used paints a certain picture.

It's a gen full of S-class logia awakenings and haki gods. With Kaido there were likely 7 characters around that PK tier, not counting Imu and BB & Luffy (new gen).
I will double down on that, when it gets confirmed that Garling scarred WB, which would likely mean great portrayal for Shanks, Mihawk and silhouetted man and by extension those who will fight them.

So right now I think there are approximately 7 characters around that PK lvl, with Imu and Luffy 9, but imo they can likely even tap into god tier for some time (ggn giant).
Final saga will have up to 15 major fights that's going to be mind blowing ig.

The think is, from the mid gen, no one surpassed Roger. It took a old Whitebeard to lose the status as strongest men.

Kaido and co are monsters, but Big Mom hyped Whitebeard over Shanks and Kaido.
It pretty clear for me that Oda version so far didn't follow up the /new Gen>Old Gen theory.

At least when it come to the strongest of the strongest.

Roger is the goal with Luffy need to reach, the goal with even guys like Mihawk or Don Chinjao hyped very much. Like how Kaido hyped Roger.

I doubt that Shanks or Mihawk are strong as Roger. Can they push him to high diff or more? Yes, can they win? No...

I think Prime Rayleigh is there where we could place the current strongest guys, the Yonkou tier.

Who ever has the potential to be PK tier, they will be in same league as Roger but no one of them surpassed him.

Kaido is already very high for a high top tier, same for the others.

However I agree these characters have potential to be PK tier lvl, with Teach having even the keys to surpass Roger/Whitebeard.

Dragon,Akainu,Shanks,EoS Teach

And of all these I expect only Teach to surpass Roger, the rest is at best equal.

But I doubt Shanks has the same physical power as Roger had. I think Oda will stick only to have few PK tier lvl characters.

Midgen isn't above old gen
Only kaido got to sit with WB and Roger , even then he's slightly below them

Shanks will never be ~ Roger
You gotta be delusional to believe that
The guy isn't even above Kaido and WB but you think he's gonna be ~ Roger.

Only new gen : Teach and Luffy will surpass WB and Roger
Kid and Law will at best be near Kaido or equal to Shanks

I think high top tiers fighting each other is very close, on bad days even Kaido could lose to Rayleigh. But if I could choose I can see Kaido beating Rayleigh around extrem high diff.

These guys are very close in power.
The question is rather who are the Pirateking lvl of the new era? My bet are Teach and Akainu, Dragon(maybe) and maybe Shanks(not sure yet).

Depends who face Luffy first and fights him, push him to extrem high diff.

Imo there is no PK level of the new era. The peak of the tier was Kaido who just isn’t on the level of Roger and Whitebeard.
