Also, this chapter pretty much confirms that Shanks did in fact suppress Ryokugyu's logia form and revert him to base when he wifi diffed him, Joyboy did the same to the Gorosei.

Plot points are a thing, but powelevels are another. Oda barely care about them in the manga, you can image outside.

Shiki's fruit Is the prime example of that. He didn't even care what POWER they gave to him, let alone what they did with that power lol.

Saturn stated he would evade or block attacks that concern him. So far we haven't seen him even try to block or evade.

I let the manga do the speaking for me.

Saturn could not do shit .
He said he would block if he wanted to but he was useless vs luffy and could not even land a good hit .
Dude did his eye attack and it get tank and then he get smack away .
The manga has show that Saturn is punching bag , luffy tanks , dodge or send back his attacks while smacking him about.
You can't see him evade and block when he getting his ass counter and attack all the damn time .
Last chapter Saturn try to attack and then get counter like 3 fucking times by luffy.
The manga speaking loud and clear about Saturn level compare to luffy .
