I think the way to sent them back home is by make them unconscious / almost unconscious.
Mars was shaken really hard by Nika's combined attack, the impact was really hard he got KOed by the impact although his body can regen the damage
Rest of Jobberosei almost got unconscious by Joyboy's haki, they are panting hard like Nanao Ise panting from Captain Commander's spiritual pressure.

If that was the case, then why is Saturn still up and conscious like nothing happened and isn't breathing hard or sweating?

I believe that Joyboy's haki nullified Saturn summoning the Gorosei, which is either a df ability or a haki thing.

But for why Mars ended up at Mary Geiose... I have no idea. For now I believe that for some reason Imu decided to summon him back there for some reason, maybe to make sure Mary Geiose isn't unguarded?. It makes no sense that the combination attack sent him all the way there.

It would seem the summoning only allows them to be so far away from the pentagram.

We dont know, I think all of them can summon each other just like they all share the regeneration ability. Therefore its not a fruit ability.

They were forced back into human form too, same thing happened with GB. I think that they have dfs, df and haki are both derived from willpower anyways. Dfs are willed into existence..
It explains why stronger haki can cancel df powers, stronger will overpowers another.

Because Saturn wasn't summoned like rest of the Gorosei.
We don't see his face he is maybe sweating hard but the thing we know is he got reverted to his human form.
Just like some of the zoan forms reverted to their human form when they are passed out.

Forcing them to fuck off across the planet and out of their forms back into normal human form is a neg diff imo. They lost, hard, with a coc blast.

I don't usually consider BFR a win in terms of a typical versus battle fashion. Also Mars seemed to of been there for a while, so I don't think JoyBoy's Haki was the primary cause of this incident tbh.
