I didn’t believe Saturn was defeated last chapter and even made one or two postsabout it

The thing is there’s no better time than now. Elders very rarely come off from Marijoa (I think it has been stated it was the first time in years/decades?), chances of him being isolated as he is now after this arc are very low.

Maybe Emeth will wake up again (wouldn’t the first time he flip flop between shutting down)
Maybe Saturn will try to kill Sentoumaru who still on the island while looking for York, could be the tipping point for Kizaru @Fujishiro

Or really nothing happens and Saturn only fall way later alongside all the other elders in Marijoa but the combo of Devon taking his appearance + role as the main villain of this arc when it comes to drama make it more *likely* for Egghead to be it for him.

That’s my reasoning and would be 100% confident if it wasn’t for the apparent immortality without weakness that I concede have no answer for right now

As I said, Saturn has to get out of

Honestly Im not even thinking about it from a power level perspective I just feel like that moment of Kizaru fighting the Gorosei is gone. The Straw Hats are safe and gone, The BB pirates are gone, only the Marines, The Seraphim, Cipher Poll and Kizaru remain. I dont understand why he would just suddenly get up and attack him when he basically was laying down all arc.

There is still time for Kizaru vs Saturn.
When Saturn asks Kizaru to go home, he will be "........" with serious face and suddenly attacks Saturn.
If you watch WWE usually the betrayal comes after match is done and everybody else left.

Kizaru might actually kill Saturn though and become crazy psychopath. Who knows, Joyboy ghost's advanced haki might have after effect and negate any DF power for a while, includes Gorosei's regeneration power.

If we are in the final saga then Teach us only a secondary antagonist. The main antagonist of the final saga is Imu.

With Joyboy’s haki reveal, it’s basically confirmed Imu is top 1. He more than likely has Joyboy tier haki + awakened mythic zoan + immortality. He destroys Teach.

Sure teach rivals Luffy. But that’s the issue. The main antagonist shouldn’t rival the SHs, they should be much stronger. The BP were much stronger. Teach looks like he’s on Luffy’s level.
