Magma is dense because it consists of a mixture of molten rocks and minerals. When Zoro stated that the flames produced by King are like magma, it means that their temperature can very well be equal to or even exceed that of magma, but with a lower density for the reasons explained above. Additionally, Curiel was lying on this same magma and temperature and was apparently fine at Whitebeard’s funeral. Also, don’t forget that Jinbei was pierced by Akainu while he was facing away and carrying Luffy, and Ace recklessly threw himself into Akainu’s punch to protect Luffy. What can be said is that neither of them used basic Haki to protect themselves, as that is all you need to deal with Akainu magma.
Based on what? The last time I checked, Kaidou’s flaming torch was larger than anything Akainu has ever done, and what’s worse, it was coated with Advanced Conqueror’s Haki (Acoc), which Akainu does not have. Moreover, Kaidou was casually withstanding all that temperature, which could exceed magma or at the very least be equal to it in a casual way.
When it comes to Luffy, it is plausible to state that he has a lower tolerance (resistance) to heat, which is somewhat obvious. However, Kaidou, as explicitly shown, has greater resistance since the same flames that burned Luffy were being withstood by Kaidou casually.
However, even though Akainu has the advantage of Luffy being less resistant to flames, Luffy has mechanisms to deal with the heat of magma, just as he dealt with the heat of Kaidou's flames. He used barriers, coated his fist with Armament Haki, and finally used Advanced Conqueror's Haki (AdCoC) along with greater attack power (AP, DC). So, Akainu's advantage completely falls apart since he would be utterly destroyed in an eventual clash between their attacks.

Katakuri can use his flames to cook donuts

What exactly is he gonna do alone 1v1
Marco got choked diff once BM got bored
Katakuri hasn't fought any top tier yet
We know drunk kaido needs fs to handle fs g4 which is where katakuru scales in terms of speed and combat skills.
Seraphims aren't dumb like King to switch off their flames every once and then

Katakuri is a great fighter who is well rounded
Having fs or countering his fs doesn't mean you outclass him straight in a battle
He's also smarter when fighting unlike King the background and Marco the loser

With general feats and portrayal taken into consideration, Marco>~King>Katakuri. It’s to be expected, lowest bounty, and the first ever right-hand to lose.

Thanks comparing to Liados flames i can say Laido and Kings flames are like each other and one or two grade bneath Akains since we didn't see what is Akainus best.
