It probably has to do with the teleporting abilities. Turned off their transformations once it got disrupted, having an ability that sends you across the world isn't going to come without a cost.

What I'd interested in knowing though is whether it nerfs their powers or teleports them at full strength. Hopefully we get the answer by 2030.
