Wait, how many Supreme Blade (Saijo O Wazemono) is confirmed in the story?

There are 12 Supreme Grade Swords in the story. Yoru, Murakumogiri (Whitebeard's Bisento) and also Shodai Kitetsu is confirmed to be in the Supreme Grade category.
@Sword God Ryuma I just checked it, the Sandai Kitetsu is confirmed to be lower than the 50 Grade Swords.

what bother me is that oda introduced many grades but didn't bother to name the strong swordsmen swords or put it in these grades .
why even introduce this system only for zoro ?! really ?

i think saijo o wazaomono 12 is only with top swordsmen or top strongest in the world

Its so tricky because even Ryuma which is a "Sword God" isn't wielding a Saijo O Wazamono (Supreme Grade Swords).
It will be so much feats if Shiryu and King wielding a Supreme Grade Swords, but its still possible.
And im not sure yet if you can make a "O Wazamono" sword rank up to "Saijo O Wazamono".
So my headcanon says, at some point we might see 13 Saijo O Wazamono and 20 O Wazamono.

So this make me wondering, what if Yoru was a O Wazamono before became a Black Blade and Shusui was a Wazamono before became black blade?
