The facts are that Mihawk has never had any CoC feats nor his CoC was ever mentioned in the series.. Shanks had at least 6 CoC feats and now a mention of his CoC from the Giants.. 3 of Shanks CoC feats were massive..

After a bit of thinking, here's what I would have recommended to Oda, had I the chance:
The Satellites would have all been normal people, not clones or whatever. But Vegapunk's DF would allow him to "mind meld" with other people's brains (maybe a feature of being Awakened?), so, all seven of them can access the other's thoughts and memories, and as long as one of them is alive, so remains Punk Records. Naturally, York would be more then just a human toilet and Pythagoras and Edison wouldn't be robots.

And related to this chapter, the trio wasn't sure if it was Lilith or York who was the traitor, so they didn't fully commit to exposing one or the other, instead of seemingly just letting York do her own shit.
