ALL of mihawk's hype comes from him fighting a yc level shanks lol
Mihawk will not have better CoC feats or CoC than Shanks. Shanks has always been Oda's gold standard for CoC. Rayleigh is the closest thing to Shanks from currently alive character in terms of CoC respect.
