Vista clashing with him raises a lot of questions. Like, why wasn't mihawk one-tapping these guys?
And it also is noteworthy because mihawk clearly did not beat vista. A famed swordsman that has been around for like 40 years. So, if mihawk hasn't even beaten vista, who did he actually beat to get the wss title?
It calls into question the validity and authenticity of the wss title itself.
Kaido has no qualms about respecting strength no matter where it comes from.
Regardless of Garp and Sengoku's exclusion, Kaido putting shanks along with 3 other legends and someone who almost killed him, is a humongous portrayal for him. Kaido doesn't do that unless he respects shanks' strength and thinks he's at least close to kaido if not outright above him.
