It's not denial, all you provide is headcanon and parallel that don't match each other.. What evidence you got that there was a Haki Barrier involve there, there's none..

1. No haki prior, Its only his haki when he decides to separate from king.
2. blades are touching ,continue to touch,king is about to steal zoro blades.
3. Zoro response (haki barrier/no touch) to separate them using his haki.
4.arm positioning does not change what so ever, but zoro is launched backwards into his flips. While zoro is flipping king turns off thr flame and is in speed mode.
So, Kizaru's "success" in completing his mission was:
