Shanks being above mihawk is a very real possibility. That doesn't mean mihawk is weak.

However this falls flat when there are statements from Oda, Oda's staff, editors, narrative etc. etc.

A lot of old readers that were genuinely invested in the series left during Wano (a part already did Dressrosa/WCI), nowadays mostly twitter addicted newcomers and agenda merchants are left.
I had some hope post-Wano but it's the clear the series is going to revolve around Nika and the whole mythos around him from now.... a direction that many (me included) dislike.
