Being mentally nerfed doesn't mean Kizaru didn't get caught by that attack fair and square, Luffy was spinning around in the first place which acted to conceal that attack that was a hook that came out of nowhere, and Kizaru simply couldn't react on time, the goofiness of G5's fighting style got the better of Kizaru, that's just facts.
Him being worried about Vegapunk doesn't change the fact that he got caught fair and square by Luffy's attack. Luffy was spinning around, G5's goofiness in this instance served to conceal that hook that came out of nowhere, and caught Kizaru off guard, Kizaru simply couldn't react to the attack, he was confused. You can see in the panel his right arm is covering his body, but the attack goes over his defence.
Trying to say Kizaru was having thoughts of Vegapunk in this moment and flashbacks to when they were hanging out is a crazy reach, in this instance he was fully focused on the battle, there literally is no excuse for him being caught.

No. The reason we push Aramaki having a BB is to say that a Seijo and Black Blade user respectively are below Akainu’s rule and it would simultaneously ruin the sword agenda because the feat of breaking a BB would go to Sanji as well as the obvious oponnent for Ryo (Admiral fans are still twerking and in denial about this fight)
