General & Others Is Kizaru the Akainu right hand?

It’s going along with Akainu’s yakuza aesthetic for Kizaru to be his brother/kyodai (and the general Marine Yakuza imagery).
Kizaru is very likely his right hand man with this. I don’t see the new Admirals having that relationship (Ryokugyu is too much of a fanboy, Fujitora too independent, in general the two being too new to the marines and not having time to build up that relationship).
It would be interesting if the three original Admirals all considered each others brothers like Luffy, Ace and Sabo. Well not exactly alike, but similar enough. Especially since Akainu’s name is Sakazuki, the cup that is used to become family (in both normal and yakuza ceremonies)
