Good, I liked the interaction between Kizaru and Akainu. Kizaru has shown maybe for the first time his human side, he was true to his role as the final force of the navy, and Akainu in the same way has shown to actually care for his "brother" Kizaru, some humanity from him too is good too. Also poor Sentomaru.
The Lilith stuff was pretty meh and basically nothing else happened. The silhouette could also be that Shiki wannabe seen ages ago in a cover story with an umbrella too if I remember correctly.
Zoro is more injured (bandages on his torso + arm + face) fighting just 1 HP Lucci with Jinbei help then Luffy is fighting 4 elders, Lucci, Kizaru, tanking combined attacks etc etc
Loro: Damn Luffy bodied going all out bloodlusted Kizaru + Saturn in a 1v2, whilst if it wasn't for Atlas, Nusjuro would've neg diffed me
Chapters and chapters of random characters running around doing literally nothing but in this case Oda thought that ''it's useless to create content for no reasons''
Did not beat Kaku, Stussy did
Only saved kaku, Luffy saved Lucci
Used koh against Rob Lucc
Had jinbei help to attack nusjuro with 2 name attacks, no named blocked
Saved by Atlas sacrifice

What you are describing are chapters of actions that are needed.
If you see Zoro start a fight with Lucci and in the next chapter you see him on the Sunny... there will be a problem.
One of the strenght of One Piece is to be able to let the readers know where all the characters are and what they are doing. AND allow the reader to remember those informations.
This is why Oda takes a lot of time to developp his characters in time and space.
You might not feel it, but this readability is key for the arc to flow smoothly.
