From what I have heard, the cases are not straightforward. He was doing some shady shit but in a round about way. Authorities can't do anything if the affected party consented to do the things they were doing.

From what I understand, it can be described as Police arresting OnlyFans owner for illicit activity. But the users of OnlyFans are doing the illicit activity on their own, the CEO is just profitting from their " illicit activity".

Maybe there is more to the case. I am not sure.
