I'd be pissed if Kizaru got the BM treatment, I'd rather him going through a mental struggle some character development, than go all out have misery as his best attack, and defeated by two hakiless rookies. Now atleast there's some hope he shows something later.
No top tier gets disrespected as much as BM, Oda would only bring her back to clown her even harder than he already did. Oda needs to focus on other characters instead of bringing BM back for his torture fetish.

Left the arc without beating anyone...even nerfed sentomaru was up minutes later to fight marines

Kizaru made G4 moot, and stalemated G5, as a side gig during the arc. Any shortcoming he had afterwards Oda excused with the VP plot. Nobody and I mean nobody, gets disrespected like BM. She is Oda's personal punching bag, atleast with Buggy he has him pull off miracles, with Big Mom she just gets clowned with very little upside. 2 arcs of complete clowning for Big Mom, and the payoff? Misery....bruh. I'm not even a Big Mom fan, and I was beyond disappointed with Oda.

Imagine the best feat an admiral did was failing to damage g4 when katakuri can lol

Man if Wano Kidd and Law managed to defeat Kizaru, with his best attack being misery which did absolutely nothing and Law cut in half casually, I would be calling him by far the weakest top tier. Then to pour salt on the wounds, Oda had Kaidou make multiple disrespectful statements towards her. That's all there is to it.

The thing is, it's not like the statement is contradicted by feats. Genuinely, post sky split g2/3 Luffy had better feats than Big Mom showed against Kidd and Law, or anyone for that matter. The statement is pretty clear cut but it especially holds a lot of weight because it reflects what we saw.
