Borsalino basically admitted he's a flunky, Kuzan basically resigned himself to apathy after Ohara, and Aramaki seems to happy to be a subordinate to Sakazuki to be a true peer of him.

Imo Sakazuki isn’t going to have CoC, rather he’ll have logia awakening along with Kuzan. Nothing else but will set him apart from all others as no one else has Logia Awakening
