If Aramaki has a black blade, he’d likely be the strongest CoA user among the admirals, which would complete the pattern.

Also most likely, Akainu = strongest CoC user amongst the admirals

fujitora has a meito too and he use his sword more than aramaki
aramaki is not really the best coa: kuzan and akainu are highly above him
