He does look pretty cool as a gorosei, but it definitely confirms it'll be more then just Strawhats defeating these 5 Elders, Nusjuro is something for Zoro to overcome forsure but Garling? Must be a fight with another Top Tier? Shanks or Mihawk would make the most sense wouldn't be mad at a Dragon fight either.

You know what I want now? I want to see some POV chapters from Garling’s perspective on how one goes from human Celestial Dragon to immortal demon with powers linked to Imu. Fuck Elbaf, let’s get an arc where we stick with the Gorosei. Lol

The Yokai forms are most likely their own powers, indicated by the black clouds in awakened state, so it's a DF power. Imu probably links his immortality to them, so once he revokes it, they start to rapidly age to their real age.

Garling has probably the advantage of still being of an age that doesn't go beyond his biology.

The way Garling sat down and exposed his balls, he already feels like the boss of the Gorosei. Him being displayed in the double page could mean his ambition goes further.

Do you think that Kizaru will be replaced with a new admiral? Saturn got the full punishment from Imu while the other Gorosei got away with it. Kizaru was the other main villain besides Saturn in this arc and if Saturn has been made responsible for failure, Kizaru should be too. And I would be surprised if gets another arc as villain.
