This slowly gets to a point where I also need to get serious: It is uncomfortable for me to see that you are getting this much riled up, over waiting just another one or two weeks. I did never move my goal. I stated clearly from the beginning that Egghead has to end, in order for our bet to come to an end as well. I am still within the timely boundaries our bet sets – meaning, last chapter we were still in Egghead.
So, what have I done to you for you to be so pissed at me? Did I beat you or insult you? Why are you pushing me in that rather unfriendly way, instead of accepting, what I said from the beginning and again stated right above regarding the bet’s end? It does not feel good to argue – and I don’t want to do it here and not with you.
So, please, let us wait together. One or two weeks are not worth the effort of arguing, don’t you think?
Not sure if I come off this way and sorry if I made you uncomfortable, however, there always is a point when it becomes clear that anyone who was kinda having nakama air around them isn't going to join anytime soon, and usually this point is when SHP leave the island and a new arc starts.
For example, I stanned Yamato hard, probably the hardest compared to all the other candidates since I even started reading WG and eventually joined the forum, so I was very invested in this possibility.
However, the moment SHP left Momo and co on Wano, I had to accept the fact that Yamato stayed, even though Luffy and the rest actually invited her to come.
I believe there was a chapter or two on Wano afterwards, with the infamous "Kurozumi were born to burn" quote, but the opportunity window was already closed, and I accepted my defeat, not trying to convince anyone that "nononono, Yamato is in the barrel, couple more chapters and she will appear on Sunny".
And at this point, even though you say "just one more chapter", it feels like you're unwilling to accept the fact that Lucci doesn't join and you lost all the bets.
No one is following the laboratory in the clouds.
Lucci reported to WG and didn't even run rogue with Kaku which I did consider a possibility for a moment.
Kizaru is in such a turmoil over what had happened that he is out of commission for now.
Anyways, if you say 2 more weeks, then we all should mark September 23 as the "collection day". I will get back to you about that 1000-word story when the day comes.
P.s. at the very best, in the future I see Lucci not following an order from WG because he would want to save Kaku, and his inaction might somehow bring benefit to SHP, but this is the closest to nakama he might ever get.
