Two blitzes at best establish that Old Garp is faster, who cares, it's one stat. There is no evidence that any Yonkou are as fast as Old Garp.

The fact that he blitzed an Admiral twice. It is Kaido that has to prove his peak speed can rival Garp, not the other way around.

Blitzing Kizaru =/= Blitzing Kuzan =/= Blitzing Akainu.
"Blitzing an Admiral" is a statement which means nothing in the end, when each of them perform differently in combat.

You had an entire fight where even basic TB's are shown to >require< Fs to be dodgeable, and even Fs is useless against the higher end TBs.

That is, actual scalable portrayal.
