Shanks the kind of guy to think fighting fire with fire, an eye for an eye is the right approach whilst clamouring for others to be reasonable and dipomatic.
Hes a coward who lets surrendering and fleeing people be taken down and doesnt like to go after people his own strength level except to try to manipulate them where he can.
