Spoiler JJK Chapter 269 Spoilers

99% of the time mangakas probably exaggerate it. There's a ton of more physically demanding jobs and they don't cry about it as much as mangakas, whose condition often also comes from the fact that they choose a shitty posture themselves. Togashi is rich, his wife is even richer, they are both mangaka celebrities and he probably doesn't care much about his project and he'd rather enjoy his millions, which even makes sense if you think about it and we usually get his shit for free anyway so whatever.
Money pays for healthcare.

Healthcare doesn't guarantee recovery.

You're a piece of shit ingrate.

The biggest lol for me is people shitting on a mangaka's art or pace while spending a cumulative 0 dimes on anything official. Literally no money has been made from you yet you pretend to pay the dude's salary.

When I shit on Gege for example I shit on his poor storytelling choices. Any and every break he took was welcomed and no reason to complain when the industry standards have been known to us for years now
The only thing more disgusting than the entitlement is the complete lack of self-awareness and shame for that mentality.

People like that dude are actual scum. They're of no value.

How am in an ingrate? Suspecting that they are exaggerating doesn't mean that I am not grateful for the free entertainment. Likewise, being grateful doesn't mean that I should believe everything they say. Also watch your mouth.

Your suspicions are based on what, your intimate knowledge of their personal lives and medical histories?

idk if you're just this dumb or desperate for attention, but either way you're a dickhead.

I think you're the one who's being a dickhead, I already talked about my reasons for thinking that and I am entitled to my opinions on your favourite comic authors even if you don't like it. I am not even blaming them for their choices and I said I understand it, I also said I am grateful for the free entertainment.

You are as much entitled to your opinions as I am to what they make you.

Gratitude lies is appreciation and you have an odd definition of both.

The entertainment isn't free either. Unless you exclusively pay for and/or read through the official release, it's stealing. We are all stealing. The least we can do is not insult the artists we're stealing from.

The fact ANY of this requires explanation is a reflection of how entitled you are.

I like authors when they man up and make decisions.

I dont think there is any set standard for "perfect ending". But I do think manga industry can benefit from releasing LNs or stories like Sasuke (what are they called?) after Manga endings. For example, if a mangaka feels like he needs to continue but cant draw by himself, then he can write LNs.

Later, someone else can draw the manga for him. This can be done if they truly care about their story. I think Dragon Ball did a good job in this regard.

Well yeah, I agree with all that, but ig they view it as "it's my brainchild - only I can translate the scene I have in my mind on paper". Having your success rest on somebody else's art is probably very frustrating to artists.

ONE is an outlier in that he drew gag manga to begin with so having someone like Murata high def his drawings while doing a different storyline in cooperation with him leads to new possibilites for both

I can't believe I at one point used to wake up at like 5:30 in the morning to catch the spoilers as they were coming out:milaugh:
Ironically enough the fandom is finally united in just how trashy this ending will be
To be fair, it's only the last few or so chapters where it really went downhill. The anime could definitely fix this.

Stand proud we were one of those who said ending will be trash right after 5-7 chapters of Sukuna vs Gojo.
I lost the interest when Sukuna got WCS. Like, why give a power up to an already overpowered antagonist? For me, it was a way for Gege to save Gojo's face; give him some respect before he died (so that Gojo fans can cry about it, lol).

It's the most important chapters tho - the ones that will actually be remembered the most since they're supposed to bookend the series.

Meanwhile we're getting lore about stuff nobidy asked for while the squad plays armchair quarterbacks about what strats they could've used

To make his defeat more statisfying
