Anyone "fighting" Pizarro will have the most boring fight you can imagine. Like Pica on steroids.
Run around, huge fist or foot is coming down on you, destroy it, Pizarro screams a bit, continue until you somehow reach his head, real body, or deal island level damage. With lots nad lots of filler running inbetween all of this.

At least they fought face to face and there was an actual target to hit. The few instances of invisibility were left for the finale of the fight so it didn't bog it down.
Pizarro's fruit isn't well suited for a 1 v 1 battle, whichever way you look at it:
- from a reader's perspective it leads to an uninspiring chase and not a proper fight
- in-universe it makes Pizarro a gigantic target that feels all the damage that gets done to the parts of the island used by him. Devoid of logic

The Pizzaro being from North Blue thing doesn't matter. A ton of characters are from North Blue and Sanji has barely interacted with any of them.
Even assuming Pizzaro was the one that chased out Germa from North Blue, how is that a bad thing? That means Pizzaro is Sanji's hero who gave him a chance for freedom and screwed over Judge. They should be best friends, not enemies.
And with Pizzaro mostly fighting with Luffy related characters like Garp and Koby, he may very well fall to Luffy, like the "Blueno, Mr.3" of the BB pirates before he fights BB. His df screams "Stall Luffy for 20 chapters while BB does something".

I don't think BBPs are necessarily bad.
They are pursuing their goals just like any other pirates are.
Surely, they are more prone to fighting unfairly and there might be some rotten apples among them but nothing unusual for pirates.
Kuzan can turn out differently and not fight SHs alongside BBPs but he seems like Sanji's dream match-up.
He is too much of a good counter for Sanji's abilities, imo.
If not him, idk who Sanjino might end up fighting. All others are pretty disappointing from the current stand point.

Well he is fighting picazarro Queen was kind of underwhelming too and is about connection where pizarro was a corrupt King from the north blue just like judge but i still don't understand the laffite wank he could be the excepction to chief of staff being strong we know loda doesn't give a shit about powerscaling and laffite and burguers had the lowest bounty pre TS so funny that they are the RHM and LHM of the crew

The SHs have no chief of staff and if anything nami fulfills that role better since she's the one who keeps them in control
