Just an FYI, the Gorosei refer to Imu as Imu-Sei. "Sei" is used for male nobles. "Gu" is used for Female.

Lol its male version of "Saint". "Saint" Shalria for example is Shalria-Gu. Her father is Rosward-Sei.

The japanese manga calls "Saint" Nerona Imu, Nerona Imu-Sei. Its just an issue in english because Saint doesnt have a male/female designation, but Japanese does.

No male has a feminine voice umkess they're gay or the character is just a woman
Imu voice isn't the typical villaneous male voice we get.
