I did: the fact is that we have never seen marine's bounties and we have never seen someone that is a "captain" of a "crew" so powerful as the marine, with 4 3b berry commander under him. Or maybe we did, with Roger kind of, and he had 5,5b. Xebec too probably had more than 5B with the Rocks pirates.

There is no headcanon whatsoever, there is only speculation because literally everything that is not confirmed it's speculation: it's speculation that Luffy will fight Imu and BB as it is speculation Sanji is going to find the all Blue; something might be more probable and something less, but it's all speculation.

I speculate Akainu is 5 because:

- because a system that ends with 4 Is Just weird. It's either 5 or 10, adn we saw Koby with 5;

- because Doflamingo's system (of which the CG's Is a ripoff) was the same with the exact same distribution, and that heavily hints at no one at 4 and one at 5;

- Dragon's bounty Is at 5 probably, and Akainu and Dragon clearly have a deep connection that will be explained in the future and now are both heads of their respective organizations:
