At the very least it shows Trump actually cares imo.
If he didn't he wouldn't bother with something like that, it seems/d to be true and you can't trust city officials either.

It sounds funny that they can just randomly claim that some anonymous source said a guy had killed a dog 20 years ago. Journalists nowadays can throw shit at everyone whenever they want, just say you have an anonymous source. Btw not hard to imagine pitbull owners incapable of restraining their pet, be it barking all the time or jumping fences.
