Yes I agree it is less impact full than Jinbe but that doesn't discount the fact that still wants to join and Luffy has her open invite
The only thing keeping her there right now is her wanting to make sure Wano is safe guarded
Now that the old guard are training new samurai to bring Wano back to it former status, I dont think its far fetched for her to rejoin the crew
Heck even until we saw Carrot chose to stay in Zou I was starting to come around to her joining giving how we left her in Wano
