I like that Shin has a personal 5K Unit. I like that there's an official medical unit led by Rin. I like the detail of So Sui's unit also protecting transport.

I'm deeply unimpressed with everything else. Most of the ranks feel super conservative.

Kou is an original member of the HSU. He's always been tough and even learned some techniques from Kyou Kai. Why is he only now a 100M Commander?

Kan To's been with the HSU over 5 years now. He should be well over a 100M Commander rank too.
