Nothing to suggest this is remotely the case. If anything, Togashi has made it apparent he's planned ahead for the future as he mentions Gon and Gyro will collide eventually.
There is not two mangas going on. The last time we saw Gon it was him lamenting that he has no nen. The manga is focused on the Kurapika and the Black Whale story line and even then, juggling two storylines is not inherently bad, that is solely down to execution (Togashi is only focused on one)
Hisoka is neither immortal nor Nanika grant endless wishes; open your eyes next time.
Nanika isn't an asspull, and he has been present since the Zoldyck family photo was shown early on. Yet he was the only family member kept hidden from appearing, showing that something was going on with him. Nen vows have been present in the story since York New, and Hisoka restating his heart by having Bungee Gum pump it isn't an asspull. LMAO; it was a risky gamble based on the mechanics previously established within Nen.
Leorio was in the Chairman Election arc, and he is quite literally in the current Succession War arc on the Black Whale right now. He is in the third tier of the boat in the medical care facility because, you know, he's a doctor.

For them to use the miniature rose, they needed to separate Meruem from his palace and his Royal Guard and bring Meruem into a LARGE DESOLATE area, and that's precisely what they did. Ki and Nen are similar in that they are both life energy, and that's it. Ki is LARGELY used to strengthen the body and fly and fire blasts. While Nen, on the other hand, allows each user to craft their own unique ability, ki rarely does the same. They aren't many DB characters with unique powers, and some of them don't even use Ki for their abilities (Moro, Boo, and some others used magic).
The similarities between Nen and Ki are soo superficial that trying to make a connection to slander Togashi is laughable. And which class invalidates the other? I hope you're not talking about specialists because if you are, that is DUMB. Specialists expressly possess abilities that other categories cannot achieve, and its the only class that can't be used unless you are a specialist. Even then, specialists in HxH cant do what they want, evidenced by the fact Chrollo has an ability with arguably the harshest requirements in the fucking series. There's an entire fight dedicated to showing that straying away from nen classes that don't suit you is generally a bad idea.

furthermore in HxH there is no true good or bad guy, Gon & Kurapika are both protaganist but struggle with what is good and what is bad Kurapika seeking vengence against the Spiders and ruthlessly killing Uvogin, Gon seeking vengeance for Kite, giving up his childhood, nen and humanity for the sake of ruthlessly killing Pitou with his barehands. Chrollo and the Spiders hate the world for their suffering but all have good in them, Hisoka the demented mass murderer has crossed the line of being a "good" guy.
& Togashi hasnt written one "bad" character unless intended that doesnt fit their role or personality.

you should understand bungee gum has the properties of both rubber and gum, Hisoka was confirmed to die due to suffocation in which prior to dying he had already protected his lungs and heart with his nen bungee gum in AHA people have been resuscitated after 45+ minutes after protecting his heart and lung he placed conditions for after death: Nen gum i beseech you spring to life after my death, pump my heart and lungs, stroke me all over to revive me. he only commended and tried this out cause he knew he was already dead and took a gamble on his own death, in the manga machi sews his neck back together, while his heart is clearly shown and place surrounding his heart and already beginning the process of pumping and resuscitating his own heart.
thats not an asspull the gamble was literally death and its all explained in ch 357 and you can clearly see hisokas hand placed upon his heart and lungs setting pre conditions to the gamble of excepting fate.
nanika is also not an asspull furthermore why are you so sad and upset by her being there?
Leorio was never a main character hes been a side character does he have his own storyline yes has it been fleshed out yes, he doesnt need to be in the story 100% of the time hes been shown plenty of time has had plenty of amazing screentime, what would he have done during the chimera ant arc exactly?

Luffy saved my lightning is a stretch, at least it was raining and a typhoon coming is mentioned. Still a stretch, but the whole situation is set up for a "fate" declaration, I understand what Oda wanted to do but really comes across as an asspull. That wasn't even needed since he could have done 2000 better things. But FATE,
Merry saving the crew being an asspull is such a declaration of stupidity that I almost refuse to entertain it. Since Skypeia at least we know about the spirit of the ship, and the whole arc is centered around usopp-luffy and Merry (the other half is Robin).
