But can't Zoro just use Asura again after cutting down the soldiers? Cracker's nimble but he's not invincible. And even then, Zoro has a chance of catching Cracker before he can set anything else up. A Tatsumaki after cutting his biscuit soldiers would be enough to catch Cracker off guard?

Tbh, he used Asura at 10% HP on Kaido and did something similar against PX #3 in Saboady. I think he's capable of using it a few times, if he needs to

Zoro has never once used Asura multiple times in succession so I have to assume the attack is so taxing that Zoro can’t. And this is assuming that Crackers combat skills are so bad he can’t even block one of Zoros weaker attacks which I don’t know about that especially since crackers speed for spawning new biscuits is really good.
The fact that Zoro waited for his very limit to use Asura both times kinda leads me to think that it really is a last resort move where if it fails, Zoro loses.
