Theory: There are 5 God Fruits, one for the Sun, and one for each element/state of matter.

Sun God = Luffy
Thunder God (Thor/Usopp) = Plasma
Forrest God (Green Bull) = Matter
Ocean God (Imu) = Liquid
Wind God (Dragon) = Gas

This leaves us fairly balanced, with Luffy, Usopp, and Dragon being on one side, and Imu and Green Bull on the other.

Usopp or Dragon dying completely evens the field, here, as well.
