Looking forward to Loki's design, they say he looks like Kaidou, if it's really true and if he's at least 60% of the monster that Kaidou is, it will have been worth it.

If he is Luffy true 1on1 battle, he might be stronger than Kaido.

Tbh we’ve been known that their bounty was heavily overdone because the WG gave them credit for a third of the defeat of Kaido and big mom when in reality together they couldn’t even beat big mom and had to use Kaidos own armory to do so

Biggest case of Oda saying fuck logic just for the sake of a gag (Luffy/Law/Kid "rivalry"). Even if you were to believe they all got the same credit universe for Kaido/BM, Luffy still has by far the strongest crew with the strongest commanders, the most influence, and the biggest fleet (and that's why he's the one who was made an emperor and not them).

If u remove their bounties then u can easily make a sense out of bounty system
1 billion + means u are high commander level
2 billion + means u are in the range of top tiers
3 billion + means u are admiral / yonko level
4 billion + means u are an experienced yonko tier character with humongous connection
and manpower
5 billion + means u are a fuckin legend on the level of roger and whitebeard

then u have kidd and law who are low/midd diff material for characters in 3 billion range despite being worth 3 billion themselves

It's going to be business as usual, if Loki has a chance it's due to Gear 5's time limit, the same time limit that also makes Kaidou beat Gear 5.

Given how Oda has been handling Luffy, it's likely that Luffy will defeat Loki and immediately hit his time limit right afterward. If that happens, Loki would lose to Kaidou.

Unlike Kaidou, Loki has yet to prove that he can survive Gear 5. Kaidou has already shown that he can endure it until its limit is reached, but Loki hasn't done anything like that yet.

Honestly I'm still being easy on Loki, he will in the end be weaker than Luffy, he is not above a Yonko.

Nobody except EOS Luffy/the final villain will surpass Kaido, that is already a manga fact, Kaido was called the strongest a dozen odd times, that level of portrayal never goes away

Removing the main characters is the best way to consider bounties for power level reason because for minor characters, bounties purely exist to tell the readers Here’s how these characters relate power wise.

Depends, current Luffy is stronger than EoW Luffy, see how he can now use G5 better and has truly perfect control of G4(which he can use in base).

And beating G5 is impossible, we saw the only way to beat it was if G5 run out of stamina.
Kaido as example couldn´t knock out G5 in anytime depends hitting him with his strongest moves.
If Loki knocks out G5, he has a better AP feat already than Kaido since Kaido failed to beat G5.

Featwise will tell us where we can place Loki in the end.

He was called the strongest by fodders, no one of the strongest ones called him the strongest one.
In fact Luffy already surpassed Kaido in his current states, you know Shonen logic better than me.
Kaido will be surpassed, from Loki right now or later by Akainu/Shanks/Blackbeard, he wont be the strongest character.
In the moment where Luffy beat him alone in the end, surpass his strongest mode, in that moment I know Kaido wont stay as the strongest character.

But we need to wait for Loki powerlevel and feats.

If his finisher got crushed straight from the beginning
If he only fought 1 person who weakened him a bit before Luffy finishes him
If he wasn't WSP, WSC

Then Loki can surpass Kaido if he fights Luffy 1v1 and luffy requires PUs to beat him

Loki isn't gonna be above someone hyped as WSC and WSP. Just like Oden wasn't above any WSP.
