I'm not convinced Vivi drew the X.

If there's photo evidence of Vivi and the Straw Hats in Alabasta (and Hina's ship is right there, along with the Marine presence after Croc's defeat, they should have definitely gotten pictures of Vivi's X and the Crew's X's), that puts Vivi in a bad spot.

This might be the WG trying to attach Vivi to the Straw Hats to justify labelling her as a criminal.
